This Invincible Streaked * Fire Island from this winter is looking pretty good.
Invincible Streaked should flower in a week or so and will get a lot of attention again this year. _________________ Jeff 1.0 |

Jeff , whitch pollen you using on your Invincible seedling.
I have a streakt seedling from Invincible, so i wonder.
I am thinking on Kifukurin Ubatake and Raspberry Sorbet.
They give nice seedlings.

I agree Jeff! I like that one.
Pete, I crossed Raspberry Sorbet x Invincible this morning. Is it fertile as a pod parent as well?

I have always thought that Raspberry Sorbet (and Truffles) were quite pod difficult.
Crosses back the other way should work. _________________ Jeff 1.0 |

Thanks Jeff, good to know. I'll have to try it the opposite way tomorrow.

Dan , i never had any pods on Raspberry Sorbet.
But you never know.
I have a seedling from Roller Coaster Ride .
That is too difficult.

Pete - I got one pod last year on Ray of Hope (streaked Roller Coaster Ride) and it was a so-so seedling at best. I culled it.
Not even looking at it this year. _________________ Jeff 1.0 |
