This morning while emasulating flowers and then dabbing pollen I once again cut into a bee. This is the second time in four years of making crosses... makes me feel awful. I usually slit the flower with cuticle scissors. Those bees are good at hiding up inside. Poor chap...

You are right the bees sure do climb way inside and are difficult to see. Even I have come close to bothering a bee or two!
